Artificial Intelligence in Business: The Next Big Thing

Technological transformation almost always leads to business change. Today, artificial intelligence, also known as AI, is the new revolution on the horizon and with it come varying predictions.

Elon Musk refers to artificial intelligence as a “summoning of the demon.” Bill Gates doesn’t understand why “some people are not concerned.” Stephen Hawking sums it up best, “Success in creating artificial intelligence would be the biggest event in human history. Unfortunately, it might also be the last.”

Since AI has the potential to impact our careers, lives and future, how should we prepare and what should we know about AI in business?

Discover the answer to these questions and more on June 19 when CBSACNY hosts a multi-industry panel of experts for an evening of discussion and networking on “Artificial Intelligence in Business: The Next Big Thing.”

Topics include:

● What is AI and what is the state of AI today?
● How is AI being used by our panelists?
● What are the successes and failures of AI to date?
● What jobs will be lost to AI and what will be the new ones created?
● Should everyone be thinking about AI for their business, industry or profession? If so, where and how?
● What will be happening with AI in the future?
